CALIFORNIA CRASHES FURTHER AFTER THUNDER STORM THUNDERS HOMES AND STREETS

A deadly thunderstorm has caused at least eight deaths in the Golden State.

The California Highway Patrol reports a single vehicle crash in the Alhambra area Wednesday morning and three people are confirmed dead in San Francisco.

It’s the latest in a string of deadly thunderstorms that have killed at least four people in the state this week, bringing the total death toll to more than 50.

The Highway Patrol says the cause of the crash is still under investigation.

The agency says a single car crashed into a parked car and struck a tree.
